petit souci de licence non reconnue et comme j'ai cafouillé en redémarrant mon ordinateur mon installation a été incomplète. j'ai contacté par chat le sav qui m'a demandé d'installer teamviewer pour prendre la main sur mon ordinateur à distance. une fois installé j'ai donné mon ID et le mot d epasse de teamveawer. un technicien a pris la main à distance et a insérer une nouvelle clé .... PB réglé en 5 mn. excellente réctivité ( le technicien va très vite)

Der Download dauert zwar eine Weile, aber damit konnte ich gut leben. Sind ja auch umfangreiche Programme.
